This European Standard specifies requirements and test methods for helmets intended for use by young children while pursuing recreational activities in environments which have proven risks of head injuries in combination with risk of strangulation. Requirements and the corresponding methods of test are given for the following: construction including field of vision; shock absorbing properties; retention system properties, including chin strap, fastening devices and self-release system; marking and information. 本欧洲标准规定了幼儿在已证明存在头部受伤和勒死风险的环境中从事娱乐活动时使用的头盔的要求和试验方法。给出了以下方面的要求和相应的测试方法：施工，包括视野；减震性能；固位系统特性，包括下巴带、紧固装置和自释放系统；标记和信息。
